These Terms govern your use of RenoTally, a Guiding Dawn Holdings product. By using RenoTally, you agree to these Terms.

What RenoTally does

RenoTally is a homeowner renovation-cost tracking tool. It helps organize contract amounts, additions, credits, pending changes, contingency, and payments. RenoTally does not replace a construction contract, contractor invoice, lender record, accounting system, legal advice, or professional construction advice.

Your responsibility for project information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts, dates, approvals, payment records, and other information you enter. You should confirm material project decisions directly with your contractor or other relevant professional.

Free preview and paid projects

RenoTally may allow you to create a project and use limited functionality before purchase. Continued project tracking is priced at $19 per project unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. RenoTally is not sold as a recurring subscription under the current pricing model.

Purchases

Purchases are processed through our payment provider. Any taxes, refunds, promotions, or special terms applicable to a purchase will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse RenoTally, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's project, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law, or use RenoTally for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

We may update features, calculations, pricing, or these Terms as the product evolves. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or reliability reasons.

No guarantee of project outcome

RenoTally calculates totals from the information you enter. We do not guarantee contractor performance, project completion, final construction cost, financing availability, tax treatment, or the accuracy of third-party information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenoTally and Guiding Dawn Holdings are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law.
